All of our tails are made to order, production time applies before shipping.
Production time:
- Original Creations: 3-4 weeks
- Yuner Collection - Standard size: 14 days, Custom Size - 14 business day
- Nami Collection - 17 business days
- Mermaid Mystery - Hybrid Tails: 1.5 months, Full Silicone Tails: 4 months
Shipping depends on your location.
- Philippines: Luzon - 1-3 days, Vis/Min - 5-7 days
- International: 1-3 weeks, depends on courier
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times:
- Philippines: 2–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message.
