At Salvus Mermaid, most of our products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or refunds unless necessary.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Description of the issue
We will review and offer:
- Replacement, or
- Compensation for repair (if applicable)
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer allowed as production has already started.
